Saach maintains a strict no return and no refund policy.
We only offer a replacement under the following condition:
* The product is completely damaged during transit
To request a replacement:
* The issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery
* Clear photo or video evidence must be provided
Once verified, a replacement will be issued accordingly.
Please note:
* We do not accept returns based on personal preference, dissatisfaction, or change of mind
* Products that have been used or opened are not eligible under any circumstance
